Description
The Turtle Flambeau Flowage celebrates its official 100-year anniversary! Established in 1926 with the final construction of the dam, the Turtle Flambeau Scenic Wilderness Waters Area and Trude Lake is comprised of nearly 14,300 acres of water and 21,300 acres of public land for you to use and enjoy throughout the year. The celebration will include an 11:30am presentation by the Wisconsin DNR and a 1pm presentation by Michael Hittle, author of An Accidental Jewel. Additional stakeholders will be on hand to provide information. Food and beverages will be available.
